Lee County Tax Appeal Mailing Instructions and Fee

Pursuant to Florida Statute 194.013, as required by resolution of the Value Adjustment Board, a petition filed pursuant to s.194.011 shall be accompanied by a $15.00 filing fee to be paid to Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of Circuit Courts, acting as the Clerk of the Value adjustment board), for each separate parcel of property, real or personal, covered by the petition and subject to appeal.
